Established in 1994 as Bagel Express, Pizagel’s has been making Topeka’s best bagels and baked goods for almost 30 years. Made fresh every day, you will never buy a day-old bagel from Pizagel’s. Leftovers are donated to the Topeka Rescue Mission every day! In addition to bagels, Pizagel’s sells baked goods like cinnamon rolls, pastries, crestnuts, pies, muffins, homemade breads, croissants, danishes, cookies, and many more sweet baked delights!

A Drive Through Coffee Shop

In 1994, Pizagel’s was one of the very first restaurants to have a commercial espresso machine and sell cappuccinos, mochas, lattes, and espressos. In 2024, Pizagel’s is a drive-through coffee shop right at the corner of 28th & Fairlawn in SW Topeka, Kansas. We have partnered with Repetition Coffee, a Lawrence, KS roaster with Topeka roots. Repetition Coffee’s Disco Espresso is an amazing bean to experience and makes all of our espresso offerings worthy of a challenge to any other roaster available in Topeka!

In addition to bagels and our amazing selection of house-crafted cream cheese flavors, Pizagel’s makes breakfast sandwiches with bagels, croissants, and English muffins as well as our signature made-from-scratch biscuits and gravy.
